After helping several companies manage change in their teams, I realized that what is most important in reaching success is to support leaders and managers in a more personal way.

Since change adoption happens on an individual basis and is different for each person, we cannot use a single approach for all and believe we will reach our goals.

A continuous investment is therefore required to develop and support managers, especially in change periods, to make sure they are equipped to answer the company’s needs.

Ginette Yapety’s biography

I have always been interested in change. With a Bachelor’s degree in Management from McGill University, I specialized in Marketing, Organizational behavior and Human resources.

I first started as a specialist and manager in different areas: management, sales, customer service, marketing, communications, etc.

Since I started Yapcom in 2004, I supported several organizations, first to plan organizational communications during technological changes, and after in change strategy for large scale projects. I have often been a part of project teams for important technological deployments, and also supported many teams during organizational transformations.

I am Prosci certified for Change Management and I have completed a professional Coaching training in addition to being a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
